If your hat(s) arrives damaged in any way, a refund or replacement order may be in order. Please explain the issue and send us a picture at email@example.com.
Refunds and replacement orders can not be offered for hats that have been damaged or shrunk in the wash. Please be sure to follow the "Washing Instructions" listed on each hat's product page.
After receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with the fit, sizing, or quality of your hat for any reason, you are welcome to return it to us for a refund on the cost of the product. Please note that the cost of shipping on the original order can not be refunded.
If you would like to return an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your reasoning for making this return. Please note that all customers will be responsible for all costs associated with their return.
Hats that have been worn and used are not eligible to be returned.
